After burning the Qur’an in Sweden.. the Italian Foreign Minister condemns the attack on the Holy Books

Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Taiani confirmed that burning sacred texts, the Bible, the Koran or the Torah, is an act of violence.. saying: “We continue our commitment to dialogue between religions.”

And Tayani expressed solidarity with Sweden after protesters set fire to its embassy building in Baghdad, denouncing a new declared attempt to burn a copy of the Qur’an in front of the Iraqi embassy in Stockholm.
