The price of the dollar on the black market has stabilized today at 38 pounds per dollar, and the price of the dollar in exchange offices has stabilized at 30.95 pounds on average for sale and 30.85 pounds for purchase.
In banks, the price of the dollar was stable without any change, as banks closed their dealings to the public on the occasion of an official holiday.
