Housing: Works are progressing in the units of the presidential initiative housing all Egyptians and road projects in the 10th of Ramadan
Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, confirmed the progress of work on the projects of the Presidential Initiative units, the housing of all Egyptians, and road and infrastructure projects in the 10th of Ramadan City, including site coordination and implementation of a network of roads and vital axes, as well as works to raise the efficiency, replace and renew the existing road network.
The minister pointed out that the 10th of Ramadan City is witnessing a quantum leap in various development works, especially in light of the interest that the state currently attaches to industrial cities, and then the city comes at the top of priorities, as it enjoys many industries, and there is a great demand from industrial investors to expand their projects, and for this reason the state is also interested in increasing housing and service projects in the city, to keep pace with the expansion of industrial areas.
Engineer Alaa Manea, head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, explained that the completion of the implementation work of the regional services area in the housing project for all Egyptians, the axis of medium housing, with areas of (100-110-120) square meters / unit, has 6 floors for the building, and each building contains 24 units, including connection works on utilities and general site coordination works in the city.
In a related context, Eng. Alaa Manea said that the work of placing the sand layer, balustrades and interlocking works for the 710-acre road in the southern developer area, asphalt layer works linking the road leading to the Andalus neighborhood passing through the industrial area (B2), and the ongoing works on the road leading to the 20th district from the direction of the 16th district were followed up.
The head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority added that the works of the Al-Sin layer were followed up on the road leading to District 21, pointing out that the companies executing the works were assured of speedy completion at the specified times and with the required quality, according to the agreed timetable of asphalt works or works to raise the efficiency of all roads in the city.
