Standard & Poor’s and Nasdaq rise with support from Amazon and Intel


The Standard & Poor’s 500 and Nasdaq indexes started higher today thanks to strong expectations from and Intel, which led to a lift in the stocks of the declining giant companies, while investors were also relieved by data that showed inflation rising, much in line with expectations.
