Dr. Fayez Al-Dabaani, Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, decided that Friday and Saturday, corresponding to October 27 and 28, 2023, will be working days at the Senior Taxpayer Center (front offices, automated support teams, Commercial Inspection Division, and Collection Department) during official working hours.
This is due to the approaching end of October and the end of the deadline for submitting the commercial and industrial profits tax return for legal persons for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2023 (overlapping years), and this is in the interest of the Egyptian Tax Authority to extend bridges of cooperation to all taxpayers of the authority, and to provide support and assistance in submitting tax returns. And to overcome any obstacles that taxpayers may face while submitting their returns and paying the due tax.
