The Belarusian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces had thwarted, during the past two weeks, a number of attempts to infiltrate military areas and facilities, which are prohibited from entering except for those who have the right to do so.
The ministry stated – in a press statement via the (Telegram) application, according to (Russia Today) news channel, that a number of detainees were handed over to the relevant security services, and the operator of a drone that tried to launch it over the location of a military unit was detained.
According to the ministry, the means of electronic warfare contributed to preventing several attempts to fly drones over closed military sites.
